The Omron PLC and touch screen govern feed length to ±2 mm accuracy at 1,000 mm, while the adjustable fuse system produces smooth, conical melted ends that seal wire strands together — no secondary finishing required before crimping or termination.

Each melt-and-cut cycle completes in roughly 3.5 seconds. A pneumatic flap cylinder handles automatic part ejection, so the machine can run continuously without operator intervention between pieces, directly supporting high-throughput rope processing lines.

A transfer-switch current selector offers six fuse levels across two voltage inputs (260 V / 440 V), matching energy delivery to rope diameters from 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm. The standard dual-inlet mould set — with 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm configurations — lets operators switch between rope sizes by simply routing material to the alternate inlet.

The integrated wire straightening guides and extended material support bed keep rope aligned throughout feeding. The optional active pay-off rack regulates spool tension upstream, preventing the feeding irregularities that cause length drift or uneven melts on high-speed runs.
