  1. General ApplicationThese Terms and Conditions apply to all B2B sales, distribution agreements, and procurement contracts entered into withBobo Machine Co., Ltd.

By issuing a Purchase Order (PO) or completing a checkout on our site, you agree to these terms.

  1. Specifications and TolerancesWe manufacture products to high industrial standards. However, industry-standard manufacturing tolerances apply to all physical dimensions and performance metrics unless exact custom tolerances are strictly defined and agreed upon in the technical contract.
  2. Limited WarrantyBoBoMachinewarrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months, from the date of shipment. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consumable parts, unauthorized modifications, or damages resulting from improper installation, lack of maintenance, or misuse.
  3. Limitation of LiabilityUnder no circumstances shall BoBoMachinebe liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of production, downtime, or damage to other equipment, arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability shall strictly not exceed the original purchase price of the specific defective product.
  4. Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionThese terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws ofChina. Any disputes arising from these terms or global trade transactions shall be settled through friendly negotiation or submitted to the designated arbitration commission in our jurisdiction.
