PVC Flexible Duct Machine

The machine combines wire feeding, film feeding, spiral forming, heating, and cutting into a single production line. Operators load raw material spools and set the desired diameter and length — the system handles the rest without manual intervention between stages, minimizing labor requirements and production downtime.

With a diameter range of 80–600 mm and compatibility with metalized PET film, aluminum PET, and PVC materials, this machine covers virtually every flexible duct specification used in commercial and residential HVAC systems. Changeover between diameters is straightforward, supported by NTBOBO’s library of 300+ moulds for customized production needs.

The operator control panel provides direct adjustment of feeding speed (1–60 m/min) and heating temperature (40–120°C). This precision ensures proper bonding at every production speed, preventing delamination or material distortion regardless of film thickness or ambient conditions.

At 500 kg and fitted with castor wheels, the machine can be moved between production zones without a forklift. The inclined output table supports finished ducts as they exit the forming section, reducing the need for additional material handling equipment.

The 1.5 kW main motor and 2.4 kW heating element keep total power draw well below 4 kW during operation. For facilities producing ducts across multiple shifts, this translates directly into lower electricity costs per meter of finished duct compared to higher-powered alternatives.
