The forming head uses custom-machined rollers to spirally interlock stainless steel strip into a uniform corrugated profile. Each rib is consistently shaped, ensuring the finished duct maintains its rated flexibility and pressure resistance across the full 80–500mm diameter range.
A Delta PLC paired with a touchscreen panel gives operators direct control over feed speed, forming parameters, and diagnostics. Setup changes between duct diameters are straightforward, reducing downtime between production runs.
Designed for 304 stainless steel strip from 0.05mm to 0.20mm thick, the machine handles the material grades demanded by high-temperature exhaust, chemical-resistant ventilation, and food-grade kitchen ducting — all on one platform.
Built on a rigid painted steel frame, the machine weighs 450kg and requires only 3 kW of motor power. Its 2300mm × 800mm footprint allows integration into tight workshop layouts without sacrificing structural stability during continuous operation.
Lock seam tooling is available in both CN and EU configurations, enabling manufacturers to produce ducts that meet the installation standards of their target markets without retooling from a separate supplier.

We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
Standard delivery is within 10-35 working days after receiving the down payment, depending on the machine model and customization requirements.
