Louvered Type Filter Tube Machine

Switching between core diameters — anywhere from 38 mm to 150 mm — requires only a simple tooling adjustment. This keeps changeover time short and lets operators fulfill multiple product orders within a single shift without extended setup.

A programmable logic controller governs the forming sequence, tracking cutter timing, and feed rate. The result is uniform louver geometry and precise tube dimensions from the first piece to the last, with production speeds of 1.2–1.6 m/min.

The fluid-driven system provides high torque at controlled speeds, ensuring smooth material flow through the forming rollers. This eliminates the jerky motion common in purely mechanical drives, especially when processing thinner 0.20 mm strips.

Each machine ships as a complete line: decoiler for coil payoff, forming unit with integrated louver stamping and tube rolling, tracking cutter for in-line length separation, and an unloading rack for finished tubes. No additional upstream or downstream equipment is required for basic production.

The welded steel frame and powder-coated finish resist workshop wear, while the 800 kg machine weight provides the rigidity needed for vibration-free operation. Accessible adjustment handwheels and a clearly labeled control panel simplify daily operation and routine maintenance.
