Double Layer Flexible Aluminum Duct Machine

The machine feeds and forms two layers of aluminum or stainless steel strip simultaneously, producing ducts with enhanced mechanical strength and thermal performance. This eliminates the need for a secondary wrapping process and reduces your per-unit labor cost.

A Delta PLC paired with a touchscreen panel governs strip feed rate, forming speed, and seam lock engagement. Operators can store parameters for each duct diameter, enabling fast changeovers and consistent wall geometry across production runs.

With an 80–500 mm diameter range and compatibility with strip thicknesses from 0.05 to 0.20 mm, the PAD-300 covers the majority of flexible duct sizes used in residential HVAC, commercial ventilation, and industrial exhaust applications — all on one machine.

At just 2300 × 800 × 1250 mm, the machine occupies minimal floor space. The 3 kW drive motor keeps energy consumption low, making it a practical choice for small-to-medium duct manufacturers scaling up production without heavy capital investment.

The forming rollers support both Chinese and European lock seam standards. This dual compatibility lets export-oriented manufacturers fulfill orders for multiple regions without retooling, shortening lead times for international customers.
