All machine functions are controlled through a touch-screen HMI, giving operators real-time visibility into feed speed, heating temperature, duct length, and diameter settings. Diameter changeovers are handled through the control panel without manual mechanical adjustments, significantly reducing setup time between production runs.

The upgraded high-speed model delivers feeding rates up to 60 m/min with an integrated wire uncoiler that supplies reinforcement wire without interruption. Auto-stop activates when material runs out, preventing waste and protecting the forming mechanism from running empty.

The machine processes metalized PET film, aluminum PET, PVC, and clear PET in strip widths of 45, 55, 50, or 65 mm and thicknesses from 0.012 to 0.1 mm. This flexibility allows manufacturers to produce ducts for standard ventilation, high-temperature exhaust, and chemical-resistant applications on a single machine.

The main frame uses painted steel construction with an enclosed electrical cabinet that shields controls from dust and debris. A 1.5 kW drive motor and 2.4 kW electric heating element are sized for sustained production cycles. Compressed air supply at 0.4–0.6 MPa powers the pneumatic cutting and forming systems.

A dedicated finished-product collection table with a cushioned surface prevents scratches on completed ducts. The enclosed cabinet, clearly routed compressed air lines, and PLC-managed auto-stop function reduce operator risk during high-speed operation.
