Key Features

The multi-roller forming station — equipped with 6 to 8 pairs of forming rollers — progressively shapes flat metal strip into a tightly interlocked double-buckle flexible pipe. This continuous process eliminates secondary joining operations and produces pipe with uniform pitch and consistent mechanical strength across long production runs.

A frequency-controlled drive system gives operators direct control over forming speed, allowing real-time adjustment to suit different strip thicknesses (0.4 mm and 0.5 mm × 16 mm), material grades, and target diameters from ID 32 mm to 65 mm. This flexibility reduces setup time when switching between product specifications.

The machine is engineered so a single operator can supervise four units running simultaneously. An integrated strip decoiler provides uninterrupted material feed, and the long output stand collects finished pipe without manual intervention — keeping labor costs low relative to throughput of 50–80 meters per hour.

The main frame and forming components are built from heavy-gauge steel with industrial powder-coat and precision-machined roller surfaces. A dedicated cooling and lubrication circuit protects tooling during continuous operation, extending roller life and reducing unplanned downtime.

Compatible with stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum strip, the machine produces flexible conduit used across industries — from shipboard cable protection on tankers and warships to factory-floor wiring conduit, powder-conveying sleeves, and buried electrical distribution conduit.
