Key Features

The forming section uses GCr15 bearing steel rollers hardened to HRC 58–62, maintaining precise tube geometry across thousands of cycles. Four press-adjusting rollers accommodate different strip thicknesses without tooling changes, so diameter and roundness stay within tolerance whether running 0.5 mm or 1.0 mm material.

Strip feed speed is adjustable from 1 to 35 m/min, letting operators balance output rate against material and tube specifications. The integrated uncoiler feeds directly into the forming head, and the pneumatic unloading rack removes finished tubes automatically — one operator can manage the full cycle from coil to stacked product.

A spiral subulate gear-type reducer transmits high torque at low noise levels, reducing operator fatigue during extended shifts. The 11 kW main motor and 4 kW hydraulic motor are sized to handle the full diameter and thickness range without overloading.

Tube diameters from 100 mm to 600 mm and lengths up to 3,000 mm cover applications from compact automotive filter elements to large HVAC duct cores. Strip width is 137 mm standard but can be customized to match specific product requirements.

The round roller shear cuts finished tubes without generating burrs or noise spikes, eliminating the need for deburring stations downstream. This reduces per-unit processing cost and improves safety for workers handling finished tubes.

We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
