Key Features

A Delta servo motor paired with a FATEK PLC delivers accurate, repeatable feed lengths and consistent bump dimensions across production runs. Pattern size is adjusted by a mechanical screw knob, giving operators direct, tactile control over end-form geometry without software recalibration.

Operators select from five distinct working modes — cutting, fusing, cutting + patterning, fusing + patterning, or the full fusing + cutting + patterning sequence — directly on the 7-inch touchscreen. This eliminates the need for separate machines when product specifications change.

The control system continuously monitors rope presence, rope tension, and pneumatic pressure. If the wire rope breaks, jams, runs out, or if air pressure drops below the 0.6–0.8 kg operating range, the machine halts immediately and sounds an alarm, protecting tooling and reducing scrap.

Rated at 26 pieces per minute for 1-meter lengths, the machine sustains output levels that match downstream assembly demand. The long stainless steel guide trough minimizes manual re-feeding and keeps cycle times low.

The main enclosure uses powder-coated steel sheet metal, and the material handling section is polished stainless steel for corrosion resistance and smooth rope passage. Enclosed bottom cabinets protect electrical and pneumatic components from dust and debris.
