The 1800 mm three-stage hot-air preheating zone maintains board surface temperatures within ±2°C uniformity. Combined with high-speed PID control on two independent tin furnace heating circuits, the system delivers stable solder bath temperatures that reduce cold joints and bridging across production runs.
The tin furnace is independently designed for lead-free operation, with a lift-and-enter mechanism that simplifies alloy changeovers and furnace cleaning. Its 350 kg capacity supports extended production without frequent solder replenishment, keeping line uptime high.
The motorized conveyor with 0.37 kW drive and stepless speed regulation from 0 to 1.5 m/min automatically feeds boards through fluxing, preheating, and soldering stages. Titanium alloy chain claws grip boards securely without tin buildup, and the integrated auto-wash system keeps claws clean between cycles.
A touchscreen interface provides direct access to all process parameters — wave height, conveyor speed, preheat temperature, and flux spray timing. Built-in fault alarm monitoring and black box data logging give operators immediate feedback and give quality managers a full production audit trail.
At 4000 × 1200 × 1600 mm, the machine fits standard SMT line layouts. Emergency stop controls, a sensitive fault alarm system, and enclosed hot zones protect operators while maintaining full accessibility for maintenance through the top-opening hood.
