A 22KW main motor delivers pulling speeds up to 130m/min, while the Φ800mm take-up drum holds large coil lengths to minimize production interruptions. The 1.5KW trolley motor supports smooth material handling across the drawing path, keeping the line running efficiently during extended shifts.

Designed for cold drawing of copper, brass, aluminum, and stainless steel capillary tubes, this machine covers feed sizes from Φ12mm × 1.0mm down to Φ1.2mm × 0.15mm. This broad processing range allows manufacturers to serve HVAC, refrigeration, and medical tubing markets from a single production line.

The oil pump circulating system delivers consistent lubrication to drawing dies during operation, reducing friction heat and preventing surface defects on the finished tube. This extends die life and lowers consumable costs over the machine’s service period.

The Weinview touch screen provides a clear interface for setting draw parameters, monitoring real-time production data, and diagnosing faults.
