Three or four independent heating zones, multi-stage injection pressure up to 2,500 kg/cm², and adjustable injection speed and back pressure give operators full control over fill behavior, pack pressure, and melt consistency — critical for producing dimensionally accurate parts with minimal flash or sink marks.
The fixed lower platen and upward-moving upper mold allow gravity to hold metal inserts, connectors, or pre-formed components securely in place before injection. This design simplifies loading, improves insert positioning accuracy, and makes the machine particularly effective for insert molding and overmolding workflows.
An infrared safety curtain monitors the mold area and pauses all motion the instant it detects an obstruction. The mandatory dual-button start ensures both of the operator’s hands are clear of the clamping zone before the mold closes — a safeguard that meets the practical demands of high-repetition production shifts.
With four available screw diameters covering shot weights from 60 g to 210 g (PS) and injection rates of 160 mm, the machine handles everything from small electronic housings to larger structural components without requiring a second machine or costly retrofits.
