The machine uses two independent hydraulic sliders — an outer slider for planishing the valve area and an inner slider for punching the hole. This two-step process within a single press cycle ensures the punched hole sits on a flat, work-hardened surface, improving valve seat quality and reducing downstream rework.
With a workpiece OD range of 240–600mm and a customizable worktable, this machine processes rims for passenger vehicles, SUVs, light trucks, and select commercial vehicles. The 300mm die height adjustment range allows quick changeover between rim profiles without replacing the entire tooling assembly.
The C-frame body paired with a pillar-type worktable provides the structural stiffness required to deliver 630KN planishing force repeatedly without deflection. Three-sided access simplifies workpiece handling, whether loading is manual or integrated with robotic automation.
The automatic controller regulates stroke speed up to 35 strokes per minute, giving line engineers precise control over throughput. Speed can be dialed back for thicker or harder materials, or increased during high-volume runs to keep pace with upstream forming equipment.
At approximately 4.5 tons and a fixed 700mm worktable height, the machine is sized to slot into wheel side disc production lines alongside roll forming, welding, and testing stations. Standard electrical and hydraulic connections minimize installation time.
