Key Features

Strip coil enters the decoiler and exits as finished, cut-to-length welded tube without interruption. The automated sequence — forming, welding, grinding, sizing, straightening, and cutting — maintains consistent output and reduces per-piece labor cost compared to batch processes.

The BB-40S through BB-100 range spans Φ6–219 mm OD and 0.2–5.0 mm wall thickness. Manufacturers can select the model that matches their target product mix, or deploy multiple lines for different diameter ranges without sourcing from separate suppliers.

Multiple roller stands progressively shape the strip into a tube profile before welding. A dedicated sizing section after the weld ensures final OD tolerance and roundness, critical for downstream applications such as furniture frames, handrails, and heat exchanger assemblies.

NTBOBO maintains an inventory of over 300 mould and roller sets. Swapping tooling between tube sizes or profiles is designed to be straightforward, minimizing production downtime when switching orders.

Horizontal shaft sizes from 40 mm to 100 mm and vertical shaft sizes from 25 mm to 60 mm are scaled to handle the forming loads of each model’s maximum wall thickness, supporting long-term dimensional stability under continuous operation.
