Toothpaste Tube Filling And Sealing Machine

Two filling stations operate simultaneously on a rotary indexing table, reaching 80–100 tubes per minute. Each station handles fill volumes from 10 ml to 180 ml, making the machine suitable for everything from small cosmetic tubes to full-size toothpaste packaging.

A servo-driven filling mechanism maintains accuracy within ±1.5% of the target volume. Combined with the automatic liquid-level control system, this minimizes product giveaway and ensures every sealed tube meets declared net content.

From inclined-tray tube loading through vacuum dust cleaning, color mark orientation, filling, hot-air tail sealing, and batch-code printing, every step proceeds automatically. Operators set parameters on the touch screen and monitor status — no manual tube handling required.

Hot-wind heating softens the tube tail evenly before the sealing jaws close, producing a consistent, leak-free seal. The self-pulling material feed keeps paste supply steady, preventing air pockets that could compromise seal integrity.

The HMI touch panel provides recipe storage, real-time diagnostics, and alarm display. Air consumption stays below 0.2 m³/min, and total power draw is 9 kW on a 380 V (or 220 V) supply — keeping running costs proportional to output.
