The 3.6 kW heating system is calibrated for double-sided heat sealing films including CPP and CPP/PE. Every package exits with tight, wrinkle-free film coverage and reliable seal integrity, protecting contents from dust, moisture, and tampering during storage and transit.

Transparent polycarbonate safety guards enclose all moving components while giving operators a clear view of the wrapping process. An emergency stop button and intuitive digital control panel ensure quick response to any production anomaly. Noise output remains at or below 78 dB, well within acceptable industrial standards.

Weighing 3,000 kg, the machine is built on heavy-gauge painted steel framing with precision-machined drive components. Adjustable leveling feet ensure stable operation on uneven factory floors, and the modular layout simplifies maintenance access and future line expansion.
