The low-speed, high-precision metering pump paired with a dedicated mini pouring head delivers output as fine as 0.5 g/s with numerical display feedback. Fine-adjustment controls allow operators to dial in exact bead dimensions, producing consistent self-skinned sealing strips at Shore A10–20 hardness across every cycle.
Servo motor-driven X, Y, and Z axes follow LCD computer-programmed paths at speeds from 8 to 25 m/min across a 2200 × 1200 mm working area. This enables fully automatic pouring of square, rectangular, and irregular seal profiles without manual head repositioning.
Dual three-layer stainless steel tanks maintain component temperature automatically while integrated mixers, auto-feeding, and level indicators keep the 100:20–32 mix ratio stable. Cooling systems on the pump side prevent premature reaction in the feed lines, protecting material integrity throughout long production runs.
The pouring head transitions automatically between pouring, back-cycle, and cleaning positions. After each pour, pneumatic actuation moves the head to a cleaning station where a program-controlled sequence flushes residual material — reducing manual maintenance and preventing nozzle blockage between cycles.
Hydraulic pressure, material temperature, and pour volume are monitored and regulated through a centralized computer control system. Operators set parameters once; the machine maintains them automatically, delivering repeatable seal quality with minimal intervention across flat-type and groove-type applications.
