Key Features

The 15-ton hydraulic ram paired with PLC-based process control governs drawing stroke, speed, and pressure in real time. This eliminates operator guesswork and produces tee branches with consistent wall distribution, neck height, and roundness — part after part.

Clamping, hole piercing, drawing, and flaring are completed in one setup without repositioning the workpiece. This reduces per-piece cycle time and removes a common source of alignment error found in multi-station processes.

With tube diameters from 32 to 108 mm and branch hole sizes from 14 to 100 mm, a single machine covers the bulk of standard tee fitting dimensions. Quick-change dies allow operators to switch between sizes with minimal downtime, supporting short-run and mixed-batch production.

The 5.5 kW motor drives a 1.5 L/s oil pump feeding from a 100 L tank equipped with built-in air cooling. This keeps hydraulic oil within optimal temperature range during sustained operation, protecting seals and valves while maintaining stable forming force throughout each shift.

A front-facing control panel with HMI screen displays real-time process data and fault alerts. Physical push-buttons provide immediate start/stop control. The compact, enclosed steel frame with adjustable leveling feet ensures stable, vibration-free operation on standard factory floors.
