The heavy 3,500kg cast-iron construction minimizes vibration and thermal drift, ensuring dimensional consistency even during extended grinding cycles.
The built-in control system lets operators define grinding parameters through a clear, dialogue-based interface, then executes the entire procedure automatically. Cycle automation reduces idle time between passes, improves throughput, and eliminates the variability that comes with manual operation.
Unlike conventional surface grinders that demand years of hands-on experience, this machine’s preset grinding modes guide operators step by step. New staff can produce precision results quickly, reducing training costs and dependence on specialized labor. The Φ630mm rotary table handles workpieces up to 250kg and adjusts from 40 to 450 r/min, giving operators full control over surface speed for different materials — from hardened steel to carbide tooling. A dedicated 2.2kW table motor delivers stable rotation under load.
Both the vertical lift and worktable reciprocation use 1kW/6Nm servo motors, providing smooth, accurate motion control. Vertical rapid traverse reaches 300mm/min for quick positioning, while fine servo increments maintain precision during the grinding pass.

The simple and concise dialogue operation and control system can let operator select grinding mode easily and enter the grinding parameters in accordance with the presetting interface to realize an relaxed auto grinding. The grinding procedure can not only be cycled automatically,but also can shorten working hours,improve working efficiency and realize consistent machining accuracy. This machine does not need any senior grinding technology or high academic qualifications;even for an operator who does know who to operate the grinding machine, he/she can easily learn and seize an extraordinary precision grinding technique from this machine.
We offer free training here in China. Also we can send technicians oversea for whole line installation and training. The relevant cost including Visa, insurance, round flight ticket, labor cost and accommodation should be borne by buyer.
The guarantee period is one year since the date B/L. During this period, we will offer free parts for changing if machine quality problem. Also the spare parts can be offered in original cost after that. The freight for part sending will be paid by buyer.
