Key Features

The 14-lamp infrared array heats preforms as they simultaneously rotate and orbit through the heating zone. Lamp height, width, and reflector angle are all mechanically adjustable to accommodate varying preform wall thicknesses and neck geometries (18–38 mm outer diameter). An automatic temperature-regulation device maintains consistent drying-passage temperature, preventing overheating and ensuring batch-to-batch uniformity.

While the system’s installed power totals 28 kW, actual consumption during production averages just 10 kW — a 64% reduction attributable to efficient infrared emitters and demand-based pneumatic controls. Low-pressure air consumption is 1,000 L/min; high-pressure blowing air at ≤35 kg/cm² consumes 2,000–2,500 L/min, matching standard compressor configurations found in most bottling plants.

Every mechanical action — clamping (180 KN force, 100 mm stroke), stretching (370 mm stroke), and bottom mold movement (30 mm stroke) — is cylinder-driven. This oil-free design eliminates the contamination risks associated with hydraulic systems, making it suitable for food-grade and cosmetics packaging environments where cleanliness standards are strict.

Each process step is governed by a self-locking safety mechanism. If any action in the blow-molding cycle encounters an abnormal condition, the control system automatically switches to a safe state, protecting the mold, the machine, and the operator. The enclosed molding chamber with a viewing window allows visual monitoring without exposure to moving parts or high temperatures.

At 2.0 × 1.5 × 2.0 m and 2.0 tons, the BO-PP1500 fits into existing production lines with minimal floor-space requirements. The automatic preform conveyor feeds directly from a bulk hopper, enabling continuous operation with reduced manual intervention. Adjustable leveling feet simplify installation on uneven factory floors.
