Key Features

The ELESY servo drive, governed by Mitsubishi PLC logic, controls bending direction and angle with programmable precision across 1°–180°. This patented system (ZL 2011 1 0092227.X) eliminates the trial-and-error adjustments common with manual or cam-driven benders, delivering consistent tube geometry from the first cycle onward.

A patented clamping structure (ZL 2009 2 0013741.8) secures up to 12 tubes simultaneously during bending, maintaining uniform spacing and alignment. Combined with patented tooling (ZL 2011 2 0107426.9) engineered for minimal ovality and wall thinning, the result is finished serpentine coils that meet strict dimensional and appearance requirements without secondary correction.

With up to 110 bends per cycle and multi-pass feeding up to 2,100mm total length, the WA series handles complex serpentine patterns that would take manual operators hours. Integrated with an automatic chipless cut-to-length unit, the line runs continuously with minimal operator intervention and low downtime.

The KINCO touchscreen interface lets operators set tube quantity, bending angle, radius, and feeding length per program. Recipe storage enables fast changeover between product models — critical for factories producing multiple condenser sizes on the same line.

The welded steel main frame receives powder-coat finishing for corrosion resistance. HIWIN precision screw rods, Schneider contactors, and Delixi pneumatic cylinders are selected for longevity in continuous-shift factory environments. The 380V/50Hz/3-phase electrical system can be customized to match local power standards.

We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
