Key Features

Each machine handles wire feeding, precision cutting, cold heading, and billet ejection as one continuous, unattended process. Operators load coiled wire and collect finished ball billets — no intermediate handling steps are needed, which reduces labor and eliminates inter-process inconsistencies.

The four-model lineup accepts bearing steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum wire, producing ball billets from 3.17 mm up to 16.0 mm in diameter. This range covers standard bearing balls, valve components, and specialty metal spheres without requiring additional equipment.

Flywheel-driven slider assemblies and heavy cast frames (1,600–7,000 kg depending on model) absorb heading forces without deflection. The result is repeatable billet dimensions and reduced die wear, even during extended production runs at full speed.

Every model includes a dedicated lubrication pump (0.12–0.37 kW) that continuously supplies oil to dies, sliders, and cam surfaces. Proper lubrication at the point of use extends tooling service intervals and keeps maintenance schedules predictable.

Motor power scales proportionally with ball size — from 2.2 kW on the BO32-7.5 to 15 kW on the BO32-16. Operators avoid paying for oversized drives when producing smaller billets, keeping per-piece energy costs low across the full product range.
