Key Features

A single pair of machined rollers handles both indentation and embossing, achieving fold accuracy within ±0.3 mm. This eliminates the alignment issues that arise when separate roller sets are used, delivering uniform pleat geometry across every filter element.

Pleating speed is continuously adjustable from 5 to 25 m/min via the computer control system, which simultaneously regulates the conveyor belt at 0–5 m/min. Operators can match line speed to media type and order volume without mechanical changeovers.

An integrated steam device softens the filter media immediately before the fold point, reducing stress fractures in long-fiber polyester and other synthetic materials. This extends media integrity and lowers scrap rates compared to dry-fold methods.

Glue output is regulated through a frequency inverter, and the hose and nozzle temperatures are independently adjustable. A pressure control device in the adhesive circuit prevents blockages and blowouts, ensuring safe, consistent glue application during extended production runs.

The machine accepts roll-fed filter media from an unwinding stand and includes automatic counting for finished output. It can operate independently or connect directly to cartoning and boxing equipment, enabling a continuous production line from raw media to packaged filter elements.

Technical Specifications

The filter origami machine is used in painting equipment, industrial dust removal, central air-conditioning duct cleaning, powder spraying, sandblasting, paint industry, wood processing filtration, etc. The imported long-fiber polyester filter material of the filter element origami machine, the fibers are interlaced and evenly distributed. The equipment can be used as a stand-alone machine, or can be combined with a cartoning machine and a cartoning machine to form an automated production line.
