Each machine uses imported servo motors for wire feeding, outside diameter control, pitch adjustment, and knife cutting. Independent or synchronized motor operation means the controller can execute complex spring geometries — pagoda profiles, variable-pitch coils, rectangular cross-sections — with repeatable accuracy across full production runs.
The BO-8620 feeds wire at up to 110 m/min, while larger models maintain 75 m/min even at wire diameters up to Φ10.0 mm. Unlimited feed length eliminates stop-and-load cycles, keeping output rates high and per-part costs low on long batch runs.
A precision detection tracking device inspects every spring as it is formed. Out-of-tolerance parts trigger an automatic shutdown, preventing defective components from reaching downstream assembly. Operators can fine-tune diameter and angle parameters on-screen in real time without halting the machine.
The machine stops itself on wire breakage, entanglement, or spool depletion, protecting both tooling and product quality. A mechanical automatic lubrication system delivers oil to all critical contact points on schedule, reducing manual maintenance and supporting continuous multi-shift operation.
Six models span wire sizes from Φ0.4 mm to Φ10.0 mm and motor configurations from 2.9 kW to 30 kW feed drives. Whether producing fine electronic springs or heavy automotive damping coils, manufacturers can select the model that matches their wire gauge and throughput requirements without paying for overcapacity.
