Five axes move in synchronous coordination under a Delta bus control system, delivering accurate wire placement across complex slot geometries. Two 3.0 kW Delta servos handle transposition, two 750 W Wantaida servos manage wire layout, and a brake-equipped 3.0 kW servo drives the main winding spindle — giving each function the torque and resolution it requires.

Two independent winding positions operate in parallel, allowing operators to load or unload one stator while the other is being wound. Combined with automatic indexing through 4–36 slots, the machine maintains high output rates with minimal idle time.

Changeable outlet tooling, support for single/double/triple wire configurations, and a wire diameter range spanning Ø0.08–Ø1.8 mm make this machine suitable for everything from compact stepper motor stators to larger brushless motor cores up to Ø130 mm OD. Non-standard large-diameter iron core winding solutions are available on request.

Automatic wire head and tail winding, programmed wire arrangement, servo-controlled position rotation, and pneumatic clip-and-cut eliminate manual steps during the winding cycle. A wire-break alarm ensures process continuity. The 7-inch Delta touchscreen provides clear program input and real-time cycle monitoring.

Taiwan Shangyin linear guides and TBI ball screws deliver repeatable mechanical positioning. Panasonic sensors and Yadeke pneumatic components ensure reliable signal and actuation performance. Chint power switching and Mingwei regulated supplies provide stable electrical infrastructure across 3-phase 380 V, 50 Hz operation.
