Key Features

The single-screw extruder uses a 38CrMoAlA barrel and screw with 0.4–0.7 mm nitriding layer depth, chrome-plated and polished for low-friction resin conveyance. This material combination resists abrasive fillers in engineering-grade compounds and maintains dimensional stability under sustained thermal load, reducing screw replacement frequency.

Six independent stainless steel heating zones on the extruder barrel and six on the die head allow operators to build a tailored temperature profile for each resin — PE, PP, PVC, EVA, or PA. Three powerful 85 W blowers per cooling zone provide rapid response for preventing overheating, critical when switching between materials or running heat-sensitive PVC compounds.

The corrugator gearbox is machined from 40CrMnMo alloy steel and fitted with 20CrMnTi inclined gears that have undergone hardening and wear treatment. Pressure lubrication ensures film integrity at operating speed, keeping gear surface temperatures low and extending intervals between oil changes. The 3 kW drive delivers consistent torque across the full mold rotation cycle.

The coiling station operates from 0 to 60 m/min with polished-rod laying cable control, distributing pipe evenly across the spool for dense, stable coils. Motor moment control on the 0.75 kW drive maintains constant tension regardless of coil diameter, preventing pipe deformation or loose wraps that complicate downstream handling.

Each stage — extrusion, forming, cooling, coiling — is a self-contained module with its own control panel and emergency stops. This layout lets maintenance teams isolate and service one section without shutting down the entire line for diagnostics, and it simplifies shipping and floor-plan adaptation for factories with different space constraints.
