By combining the twisting and flattening processes into a single machine, this unit replaces two separate stations on the production floor. The result is lower capital expenditure, reduced material handling between operations, and a smaller footprint — critical advantages for factories optimizing limited shop space.
A full hydraulic drive powered by a Risen hydraulic station delivers consistent clamping, flattening, and twisting forces across every cycle. The system processes 3 serpentine tubes per minute at 30 elbows each, maintaining dimensional accuracy without performance degradation during extended production runs.
The patented die system supports serpentine tubes up to 600mm in length with up to 30 elbows per side. Twisting dies can be swapped to match different tube geometries, allowing a single machine to serve multiple evaporator product lines with minimal changeover time.
An Omron PLC manages the complete cycle — clamping, flattening, releasing, and twisting — while a Mitsubishi inverter provides precise speed control. Schneider contactors and HIWIN linear screw rods ensure long service life under continuous factory operation. All major electrical components carry CE or CCC certification.
The operator loads the serpentine tube onto the twisting die, aligns the elbows, and presses start. The machine handles the full sequence automatically — hold, flatten, release, twist — and returns to the ready position. Manual intervention is only required for loading and unloading, reducing labor costs and operator fatigue.

We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
