The heating section uses infrared lamps with individually adjustable width, height, and reflector angles to match each preform’s wall thickness and geometry. Preforms simultaneously rotate and orbit through the heating track, ensuring consistent thermal distribution before entering the blowing station — critical for maintaining uniform wall thickness in finished containers.
Every mechanical action — clamping, stretching, mould opening — is powered by pneumatic cylinders rather than hydraulic pumps. This eliminates the risk of oil contamination on the production floor, reduces maintenance intervals associated with hydraulic fluid changes, and keeps operating noise well below that of oil-driven alternatives.
The integrated touchscreen HMI provides full process monitoring and parameter adjustment. If any stage in the blow molding cycle encounters a fault, the control system automatically shifts to a safe state and locks the relevant mechanism, protecting both the operator and the mould tooling from damage.
With preform acceptance from 15 mm to 460 mm in length and up to 200 mm inner diameter, combined with a 330 mm mould opening stroke and 480 mm mould depth capacity, the machine handles a broad product range — from small specialty bottles to 20-liter containers — on a single platform.
Multi-voltage input (380V/240V/110V, 50–60 Hz) means the machine integrates into factory power systems across regions without transformers. The two-module design — main machine plus mobile heater unit on casters — fits into tight production layouts while giving maintenance crews clear access to both sections independently.
