The SFR-200 uses a conical roller forming method to cold-roll flat steel strip into accurately shaped spiral blade sections. This process delivers high dimensional accuracy and uniform surface hardness across the full thickness range of 2–30mm, producing blades with consistent arc profiles that weld cleanly onto conveyor shafts without gap-filling or rework.

A single machine handles outer diameters from 50mm to 3500mm, unilateral widths up to 1100mm, and pitches from 100mm to 7000mm. Combined with left and right blade forming direction capability, the SFR-200 replaces multiple dedicated machines in shops that produce varied screw conveyor, auger, or drilling blade configurations.

Weighing over 10 tons and fabricated from thickened steel plate, the machine frame resists deflection and vibration even when forming thick stainless steel stock. The integrated hydraulic power unit — motor, pump, and reservoir — is purpose-matched to the forming loads, providing reliable pressure without oversized energy consumption at just 11kW.
