Key Features

A single pair of cap dropping and wearing devices accommodates multiple cap types across round, oblate, square, and flat square bottle profiles. Adjustable guide rails and clamping widths allow fast format changes, keeping changeover time low when switching between product lines.

Three pairs of high-speed oscillating rubber wheels apply even rotational force to each cap, reducing wheel wear while maintaining uniform tightness. The optional torque control module lets operators set and verify unscrewing torque values, ensuring every sealed bottle meets quality standards before leaving the line.

Panasonic photoelectric sensors detect missing bottles and caps to prevent dry runs. The system automatically identifies and rejects skewed caps, inverted caps, and caps without aluminum foil, so defective units are caught at the source rather than downstream.

The machine runs on a Delta PLC with a Delta HMI touchscreen, Schneider switch buttons, and Shanghai Xingchen pneumatic components — all selected for availability and field-proven reliability. At 0.6 MPa air pressure and 1.8 kW power consumption (AC 220V/50Hz), operating costs remain low even at full 120-bottle-per-minute throughput.

Fully automatic operation synchronizes with preceding and following equipment on the assembly line, eliminating the need for a dedicated capping operator. Fault self-examination and warning controls maintain production continuity, letting a single line supervisor manage multiple stations.

The bottle caps neatened by the cap neatening device ,the bottle caps with mouth up are carried to the caps collecting guideway,the bottles come from other equipment of the assembly line enter the caps collecting area.The bottles move ahead with clamping of the two sides clamping device then the caps match the bottles automatically.The cap pressing device press the caps to the pre-tight situation before rotating the caps.Under the function of three pairs of high speed rotating wearable rubber wheels, the caps match with the bottles tightly.
