Key Features

The five-roller configuration performs both bending and surface planishing in one operation. This eliminates the need for a separate planishing station, saving floor space and reducing work-in-progress inventory on the production line.

With a processing diameter range of 17.5″ to 24″ and width capacity from 7″ to 11″, this machine handles the majority of commercial vehicle tubeless rim specifications. Changeover between sizes is managed through the PLC, keeping downtime between batches short.

A maximum processing thickness of 10 mm allows the machine to form rims for trucks, buses, and heavy equipment where thicker steel is required for load-bearing performance. The 160 mm diameter main rollers and 11 kW drive are sized to bend heavy-gauge material without stalling or inconsistent curvature.

The 500 Kgf unloading mechanism pushes finished rim shells clear of the rollers automatically, enabling continuous production flow. Combined with the integrated feeding table, material moves through the machine with minimal manual positioning.

At 5.5 tons, the main frame provides the mass and stiffness needed to absorb repeated forming loads without structural fatigue. Painted steel enclosures protect drive components and gearing from workshop dust and debris, extending service intervals.
