Overview Points

Pneumatic Drive System

18:1 booster pump runs on compressed air, eliminating electrical hazards in flammable resin environments.

External-Mix Spray Gun

Resin and hardener mix only at nozzle, preventing internal curing and reducing cleaning downtime.

Adjustable Hardener Ratio

0.8% to 3% ratio control matches cure speed to ambient conditions and part geometry requirements.

Integrated Fiber Cutting

Air-driven cutter handles single or double-strand glass fiber, delivering chopped reinforcement into spray.

Wide Pressure Range

0.3-0.7 MPa operation with 50-500 L/min air consumption fits existing shop air systems.

Extended Hose Options

8m or 20m hose lengths cover large molds without repositioning machine cart between applications.

Five-Liter Tank Capacity

Hardener storage sized for extended spray runs, minimizing refill interruptions during production.

Mobile Cart Design

Wheeled cart enables fast repositioning across shop floor between molds and work stations.

Key Features

The entire drive system — booster pump, fiber cutter, and spray gun — runs on compressed air rather than electricity. This makes the machine suitable for workshops handling flammable resins such as polyester and vinyl ester, reducing explosion risk while delivering an 18:1 pump ratio for reliable high-pressure resin delivery.

Resin and hardener meet only at the spray nozzle, not inside the gun body. This external-mix design prevents catalyzed resin from curing inside passages, significantly cutting maintenance time and avoiding the costly downtime associated with blocked internal-mix systems.

The air-driven fiber chopper feeds single or double glass fiber strands directly into the resin spray fan. Compared to traditional hand layup, this simultaneous deposition reduces labor requirements and improves fiber-to-resin consistency across the laminate, resulting in more uniform FRP/GRP part quality.

Operators can fine-tune hardener dosage from 0.8% to 3% and working pressure from 0.3 to 0.7 MPa. These controls let production teams adapt cure profiles and spray rates to different resin chemistries, part sizes, and ambient temperatures without switching equipment.

Mounted on a wheeled cart with integrated resin drums, hardener tank, hose management, and control gauges, the machine moves between molds with minimal setup. Available hose lengths of 8 m or 20 m extend the working radius for large structures such as tanks, boat hulls, and building panels.

Technical Specifications

The resin-fiber injection machine is used to apply the resin and fiber on work piece surface simultaneously. It is the modern technology to save resin consumption and labor cost compare to hand lay-up technology, which is widely used for FRP or GRP product in mass production.
