Key Features

A turbine flowmeter combined with two Danish-manufactured pressure sensors delivers a repeatable filling error of only ±1g%. The adjustable charging range of 10g–10Kg covers a broad spectrum of appliance sizes, and 100 pre-set recipe channels allow operators to switch between products and refrigerant types without manual recalibration.

Designed specifically for flammable hydrocarbon refrigerants (R290, R600a, R32), the entire machine uses a systematic explosion-proof layout with continuous 24-hour safety monitoring. An emergency stop button, indicator lights, and vacuum inspection (10–300Pa) provide layered protection for operators and production assets.

The ejector speed exceeds 100g/s, and the 8L/S vacuum pump pulls vacuum down to ≤5Pa quickly, reducing per-unit cycle time on high-volume assembly lines. Twin-stage imported pressurizing pumps maintain stable delivery pressure at 1.8–2.2 MPa, preventing slowdowns during sustained operation.

Core controls use Siemens PLC and touchscreen, Omron relays, AirTAC pneumatics, and XEXON flow sensors—components chosen for proven durability in factory environments. This reduces unplanned downtime and simplifies spare-parts sourcing across global markets.

The compact upright cabinet occupies under 0.72 m² of floor space. G1/4 quick-coupling filling guns with 3M hoses connect directly to appliance service ports, and the charging gun’s outer-diameter sealing ring design allows fast replacement without specialized tools, cutting maintenance time on the production floor.
