The rigid vertical slideway guides the saw blade in a controlled downward stroke, eliminating lateral play. Combined with the two-stage gear transmission, this mechanical stability produces clean internal and external cut surfaces that typically require no secondary deburring — reducing downstream labor and scrap.

Air-powered clamping at 0.4–0.6 MPa locks round pipes (up to Φ90 mm) and square tubes (up to 80 × 90 mm) firmly in position before each cut. Consistent clamping pressure eliminates workpiece movement, ensuring dimensional accuracy across production batches.

The rotating cutting head enables angled cuts up to 45° on pipes up to Φ80 mm (round) or 70 × 80 mm (rectangular). This removes the need for a dedicated miter saw and reduces workpiece handling in fabrication workflows that require both straight and angled tube ends.

A 40 W coolant pump continuously delivers water to the cutting zone, dissipating heat from both the HSS blade and the workpiece. This prevents thermal discoloration on finished parts, reduces blade wear, and allows sustained production runs without forced cooling breaks.
