Plastic Bubble Film Making Machine

A 60mm screw driven by a 15KW main motor delivers 150kg/h capacity at line speeds of 12–22 m/min, giving operators the flexibility to balance output volume with film quality across different PE formulations and recycled material blends.

The double-layer bubble roller circulates cooling water through its inner layer while applying negative pressure to the outer layer, producing bubbles with consistent diameter and cushioning performance — critical for protective packaging that must meet end-customer specifications.

The die head is machined from German A1.2133 die steel, and the bubble roller is rated for 7+ years of service. Combined with a hard-tooth gearbox that requires no frequent overhaul, these components minimize unplanned stops and spare-part inventory costs.

Multiple control cabinets provide centralized monitoring of temperature, speed, and pressure parameters. An elevated access platform with staircase gives maintenance personnel safe, direct access to the die head and upper roller assemblies.

The screw geometry is optimized for broad formula adaptability, processing virgin LDPE, HDPE, and recycled PE pellets without requiring screw changeover — reducing material costs for factories that incorporate post-consumer or post-industrial regrind.
