Key Features

Hardened forming rollers are precision-machined to produce Pittsburgh lock profiles with tight dimensional tolerances, ensuring each seam interlocks cleanly without rework. The result is stronger duct joints with reduced air leakage — critical for systems that must meet pressure class specifications.

The machine handles sheet thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 1.2 mm, covering galvanized steel, cold-rolled steel, and aluminum commonly used in HVAC rectangular ductwork. A single setup accommodates different material gauges without time-consuming roller changes.

Four casters with brakes allow one or two operators to reposition the 210 kg machine across the shop floor. Despite its mobility, the fabricated steel cabinet base and integrated work table provide the rigidity needed for vibration-free forming during continuous operation.

An external control switch gives the operator direct start/stop control. The drive system — powered by a 1.5 kW motor — uses a straightforward mechanical transmission with minimal wearing parts, keeping scheduled maintenance limited to periodic lubrication and roller inspection.

All NTBOBO machines come with a 1-year warranty from the date of Bill of Lading. Our engineering team provides 24-hour technical support throughout the warranty period.

We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.

Standard delivery is within 10-35 working days after receiving the down payment, depending on the machine model and customization requirements.
