Key Features
The CNC synchronous follow-up shear system pairs a precision ball screw with a servo motor, while pulse fixed-length control and feed-forward compensation ensure identical tube lengths whether the line runs at 3 m/min or 20 m/min. Encoder-based length measurement is standard, with optional photoelectric positioning for printed or marked paper.
The machine body is built from thick steel plate, CNC-cut and welded for dimensional accuracy. This rigid structure minimizes vibration during winding and cutting, directly improving tube roundness and surface quality across the full diameter range of 20–200mm.
A hydraulic belt tensioning device works with dedicated belt tension and angle sensors to automatically maintain correct winding pressure. This eliminates manual adjustment during production and ensures consistent wall density from the first tube to the last.
By separating IO output control from operational functions across two PLCs, the system reduces cutting command latency. The result is tighter length tolerance on every tube, particularly at higher line speeds. A large color touchscreen HMI provides clear process visualization and parameter entry.
Electrical components follow a modular layout for straightforward troubleshooting and replacement. An optional MODBUS TCP network module enables multi-machine coordination, production-line integration, and remote diagnostics — reducing downtime and support costs for multi-unit installations.
