The machine integrates paper feeding, looping-and-twisting, gluing, forming, and conveyor output into a single synchronized line. Delta servo motors and TBI precision screw rods ensure each stick meets tight diameter (1.5–3.0 mm) and length (68–150 mm) tolerances consistently across production runs.
Available in three capacity configurations — 200, 400, or 600 pieces per minute — so you can match the machine to your current volume and upgrade as demand grows. The entire line draws only 1.5 kW, keeping per-unit energy costs exceptionally low even at maximum throughput.
Magnetic powder tension control on the unwinding station automatically regulates paper feed force, preventing tears and ensuring uniform wall construction. A flexible manual deviation correction device lets operators correct strip tracking in seconds without stopping the line.
Every critical subsystem uses proven brands: Omron PLC and temperature controllers, Schneider circuit breakers and thermal relays, NSK bearings, TBI guide rails, Airtac pneumatics, and Delta inverters. This component-level reliability translates directly into longer maintenance intervals and higher uptime.
The Weinview touchscreen HMI gives operators clear access to speed settings, glue volume parameters, and diagnostic alerts. Automatic overload protection and microcomputer-regulated glue metering reduce the skill level required to maintain consistent product quality shift after shift.
