Pallet Wrapping Machine

A China-sourced PLC paired with a Taiwan-made touch screen display gives operators real-time visibility into wrapping parameters — layer count, turntable speed, and film tension are all adjustable on-screen. Automatic and manual modes switch instantly, so the machine adapts to both standardized runs and one-off pallet configurations.

The independently driven pre-stretch carriage applies controlled tension to standard 500 mm PE stretch film (core diameter 76 mm, thickness 0.015–0.025 mm), stretching it before contact with the load. This reduces film usage per pallet by a significant margin compared to post-stretch systems, directly lowering consumable costs across thousands of cycles.

Top and bottom winding turns are controlled separately, each adjustable from 1 to 3 turns. This allows extra reinforcement at the pallet base and top edges — the two zones most prone to load shift — without over-wrapping the mid-section and wasting film.

Emergency stop buttons (Schneider, France), audible alarms, and photoelectric sensors (Japan-sourced) monitor for film breaks, slope deviations, and abnormal packaging height. All mechanical drive components are enclosed inside the frame, eliminating exposed moving parts and reducing maintenance to near-zero daily intervention.

Key components are sourced for proven performance: Denmark-made inverter for stable motor control, Japan photoelectric sensors for detection accuracy, France-sourced buttons and emergency systems for operator safety.
