The computer multi-function control system combines programmable timing (0.01–99.99 s) with adjustable hydraulic pressure (1.2–2.3 MPa) and independent A/B temperature regulation (0–99°C). This gives operators tight control over pour volume, mix ratio consistency, and foam density without trial-and-error adjustments between batches.
At just 80 kg, this machine is designed to move where the work is. The pneumatic-hydraulic architecture runs on 220V single-phase power under 2.5 kW, and the 6.15 m internally heated hoses (extendable) give operators reach without relocating the unit. Air supply requirement is 0.7–0.8 kg/cm² at 0.35 m³/min — achievable with a standard shop compressor.
The 8:3 pump head, inline filter nets, and decompression valve work together to deliver consistent, bubble-free material flow. Inside-heated hoses prevent A/B component crystallization during transit, a common failure point in portable foam systems that leads to nozzle clogs and uneven foam structure.
Built-in auto-checking monitors system status in real time, triggering alarms for pressure drops, temperature deviations, or electrical leakage. Creepage protection meets industrial safety requirements. The auto-cleaning function flushes the mixing head and hoses after each cycle, preventing cross-contamination and eliminating manual solvent cleaning.
A single transfer switch toggles between injection and spraying modes, and operators can shift from automatic timed pouring to manual mode instantly. This versatility supports both high-volume mold filling and freeform spray applications from one machine.
