Key Features
Engineered to process G550-grade steel — one of the hardest commercial strip grades — at thicknesses from 0.35mm to 1.2mm, the machine produces rigid edge protectors that resist deformation under coil weight and strapping pressure.
Available in 1,300mm, 1,600mm, and 2,000mm roll diameter configurations, each size corresponding to commonly produced steel coil outer diameters, so the finished protector seats flush against the coil edge without gaps or overhang.
Forming rollers are machined from Cr12MoV cold-work die steel, a material chosen for its high hardness (58–62 HRC), wear resistance, and dimensional stability, which translates directly into longer runs between tooling service intervals.
At just over one square meter of floor space, the Outer Roll Machine integrates into coil packaging lines alongside strapping, wrapping, and stacking equipment without requiring layout redesign or additional foundation work.
The 3kW direct gear drive eliminates hydraulic systems and their associated fluid maintenance, filtration, and leak risks, keeping both energy draw and upkeep requirements minimal for single-shift or continuous operation.

All NTBOBO machines come with a 1-year warranty from the date of Bill of Lading. Our engineering team provides 24-hour technical support throughout the warranty period.
We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
Standard delivery is within 10-35 working days after receiving the down payment, depending on the machine model and customization requirements.
