The product line covers every finishing step — from flashing and soft/hard grinding to fine and super-fine lapping — enabling ball manufacturers to achieve tight tolerances on 3–25mm steel balls without sourcing equipment from multiple vendors. Lapping spindle speeds as low as 5 r/min allow controlled material removal for mirror-finish surfaces.

Hydraulic drive with accumulator pressure-holding delivers consistent force up to 300KN during hard grinding and 60KN during lapping. Eccentric dynamic compression distributes load evenly across the full plate diameter (800mm), preventing localized over-grinding and ensuring uniform ball roundness.

PC-based controls, automatic fault alarm with on-screen diagnostics, and cantilever-mounted operation buttons allow a single worker to supervise multiple running machines. Digital speed meters and ball-pile switches at the inlet automate routine monitoring tasks that would otherwise require constant manual attention.
