The machine automatically tracks the real-time output speed of your extruder and executes cuts at the programmed length. This closed-loop synchronization eliminates the need for a separate operator to measure and cut, reducing labor costs and preventing material waste from inaccurate manual cuts.
Cut length is set through a touchscreen panel and managed by a Panasonic PLC system. Operators can program any length from 600 mm to 99,999 mm with repeatable accuracy of ±3 mm, ensuring consistency across large production batches of power cords, plug wires, and multi-conductor cables.
With capacity for round profiles up to Φ10 mm and flat cables up to 4.0 mm × 10 mm, the machine handles a wide variety of multi-conductor fiber wire and standard cable formats. Adjustable feed rollers accommodate different cable geometries without tooling changeover.
The stainless steel conveyor table resists corrosion and wear from continuous operation. Imported high-strength cutting blades deliver clean cuts over extended service intervals, minimizing downtime for blade replacement and maintaining cut quality throughout each shift.
At 7 m × 2 m × 1.8 m, the machine integrates into existing extrusion lines with minimal floor-space impact. It accepts cable from iron reel pay-off stands or directly from the extruder, allowing production engineers to configure the line for batch or continuous processing as needed.
