Adjustable working speeds from 4 to 15 mm/sec let operators fine-tune ram movement for different material types and thicknesses, producing consistent bends across every part in the batch.

Critical components are sourced from proven international suppliers: Siemens main motor, Schneider electrical components, NOK sealing elements from Japan, AOTOS cylinders, and Sunny gear pumps from the USA. This combination minimizes unplanned downtime and simplifies spare parts sourcing for factories operating worldwide.

A 120 mm/sec Y-axis advance speed and 100 mm/sec return speed keep non-bending time to a minimum. Combined with the 120mm stroke and 400mm daylight opening, operators can load, bend, and unload parts quickly — even when working with flanged or deep-drawn profiles.

The 3200mm bending length, 2700mm distance between columns, and 400mm throat depth accommodate large panels and box-form bends. Two sliding front arms and two backgauge finger blocks support accurate positioning of both small brackets and full-width sheet components.

A foot pedal leaves both hands free for material handling, while the articulated CNC display arm positions the screen at the operator’s preferred viewing angle. Side guards provide passive safety around the working area. The standard TP10 controller offers straightforward programming; upgrading to the optional E30 adds expanded bend sequence memory and multi-step programming for complex parts.
