Manual Box & Pan Folder

Precision box and pan folding for rectangular duct and sheet metal fabrication.

A manual box and pan folder engineered for HVAC contractors and sheet metal fabricators requiring precision rectangular duct forming. Segmented clamping design enables complex closed-corner bends that standard press brakes cannot achieve, while 2500mm capacity handles full-size panels without splicing.

Key Features

Segmented finger design allows operators to configure clamping widths for boxes, pans, trays, and closed-corner duct sections — work that conventional folders cannot perform. Minimum folding width of 25mm and backward-folding width of 6mm accommodate tight profiles common in HVAC ductwork and electrical enclosures.

The 2500mm working width handles full-size duct panels without splicing, reducing seam count and improving air-tightness in finished duct runs. Sheet capacity up to 1.5mm covers mild steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum commonly used in rectangular duct fabrication.

Hand levers and handwheels give direct mechanical feedback for precise angle adjustment. The optional pneumatic foot-pedal clamping system holds the workpiece securely while the operator positions material with both hands, cutting setup time on repetitive bends.

A rigid welded steel frame eliminates flex during bending, ensuring uniform angles from edge to edge across the full 2500mm bed. Machined working surfaces and hardened bending leaves resist wear, maintaining accuracy through high-volume production cycles.

Manual operation eliminates dependency on electrical power for core bending functions, reducing energy costs and enabling deployment on construction sites or in facilities with limited power infrastructure. Straightforward mechanical design simplifies maintenance and minimizes downtime.
