Two independent polishing heads with dedicated controls let operators run both stations simultaneously or configure each for different workpieces. This effectively doubles output per machine compared to single-head alternatives, reducing capital expenditure per unit of production.
Workpiece rotation is adjustable between 28 and 140 r/min, giving operators precise control over contact time and polishing intensity. Combined with the 2160 r/min polishing wheel speed, this range supports everything from rough deburring to mirror-finish buffing on stainless steel, aluminum, and other cookware metals.
A dedicated safety mechanism locks each lid securely during polishing, preventing the part from spinning free under wheel contact. This protects both the operator and the workpiece, minimizing rework caused by surface damage or ejected parts.
The rigid frame and compact 2400×1800mm footprint provide vibration-free operation without consuming excessive factory floor space. Belt-driven polishing heads and pneumatic actuators are selected for durability in continuous-shift production environments.
With a maximum workpiece capacity of 400×50mm and a station rotation angle up to 20°, the machine handles a variety of lid profiles and curved surfaces, making it suitable for manufacturers producing multiple cookware product lines on the same equipment.
