Key Features

The 1064nm fiber laser delivers beam quality of M²<1.2 (M²<1.5 on the 30W model), producing clean, permanent marks at line widths as fine as 0.012mm. This level of detail supports legible barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers, and micro-text on components as small as IC chips and watch parts.

A high-speed galvanometer system reaches line speeds up to 800mm/s with a tunable repeat frequency of 20–100KHz. Operators can balance speed and mark depth to optimize cycle time across different materials, from anodized aluminum to ABS plastic.

The entire unit measures 800mm×650mm×1350mm and uses air cooling only — no water lines, no chiller units, no coolant replacement schedules. The integrated fiber laser structure eliminates optical alignment drift, reducing downtime and the need for specialized service technicians.

An adjustable Z-axis column lets operators quickly set focal distance for flat parts, curved surfaces, or tall assemblies. The standard 100×100mm field can be upgraded to 300×300mm or larger custom sizes to handle bigger panels or batch fixtures.

The built-in monitor displays real-time previews and parameter settings, minimizing setup errors. An emergency stop button and ventilated electronics cabinet are standard, supporting safe operation in continuous production environments.
