The non-stop roll changing mechanism allows operators to load new aluminum-plastic composite sheet rolls while the machine continues running, maintaining output at 120 tubes per minute and maximizing material utilization with minimal waste.

The 15 kW high-frequency welding unit produces straight, uniform longitudinal seams on every tube. Combined with the plastic composite welding mechanism, this ensures leak-proof, structurally sound laminated tubes suitable for demanding packaging applications.

Machine, electrical, and pneumatic systems are coordinated through fuzzy control logic, delivering consistent forming and welding performance even as material or environmental conditions vary. The result is lower reject rates and less need for manual adjustment during runs.

The tracking rotary cutter synchronizes with tube travel speed to deliver clean, accurate cuts. Tube lengths remain consistent across full production batches, eliminating the need for secondary trimming or sorting.

The man-machine interface displays real-time process data and the automatic fault alarm pinpoints issues before they escalate. Maintenance is straightforward, and the total main machine power draw of just 2.2 kW (plus 1.0 kW cutting and 15 kW welding) keeps energy costs manageable for high-volume operations.
