Each model holds flange dimension “a” to 35 ±0.5 mm across the full sheet thickness range, delivering repeatable TDF profiles that mate cleanly without shimming or rework during duct assembly.
The T-12 (3 kW, up to 1.2 mm) suits lighter-gauge residential ductwork, while the T-15 (4 kW, up to 1.5 mm) handles heavier commercial gauges. The T-15D offers a dual-configuration layout for higher throughput, and the L-TDF-10 (5.5 kW) provides an extended frame for longer sheet runs and continuous production environments.
Machine frames are fabricated from heavy steel plate — weights range from 1,400 kg to 3,000 kg depending on model — with hardened forming rollers designed to maintain profile integrity over millions of cycles. Powder-coated surfaces resist corrosion in humid factory conditions.
Sheet metal guides and integrated feed tables align material automatically before it enters the roller train, reducing setup time and operator skill requirements. The control panel is positioned for clear line-of-sight to the forming section.
Caster wheels allow a single operator to reposition the machine between production cells. Compact footprints — starting at 2,800 × 700 × 1,000 mm for the T-12 — fit into existing rectangular duct fabrication lines alongside coil lines, plasma cutters, and lock formers.
